Payment Terms for Naturopathy
Initial consultations must be paid in full online at the time of booking an appointment. Return consultations may be paid for at the time of booking online, or after the appointment. Herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, and any other complementary therapies provided during or after the consultation can be paid for in full in the clinic via EFTPOS (debit/credit cards).
Refunds/Returns
Refunds are not available for change of mind on products or services provided by Health with Cat including, without limitation to, consultations, education enrolment, herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, and other complementary therapies. Refunds will be made for Personal Training sessions (including group personal training) for cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled session).
Health with Cat is under no obligation to replace or refund unwanted nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, or education enrolment. If a product is faulty or has been tampered with then Health with Cat will take reasonable steps to replace or refund the products.
Health with Cat will replace any damaged goods that have been ordered through this website. Please send a photo to me using the message icon below so that I can begin the process of replacing damaged items.
The National Health Act 1953 and the Therapeutic Goods Administration Guidelines outline that for safe practice and dispensing of medicines, a practitioner is bound by law to not re-dispense medicine(s) that have already been dispensed to another patient.
Cancellation Policy for Naturopathy
Please allow at least 24-hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. You may notify PT with Cat via the contact form on www.healthwithcat.com. If 24-hours’ notice is not provided, then 50% of the consultation fee will be charged to you. Full fee charges apply to no show appointments.

The most efficient way to contact Health with Cat is via our online contact form which can be found on www.healthwithcat.com during business hours. If an attempt has been made to contact Health with Cat outside of regular business hours, I will endeavour to respond to you in a timely manner.

Dispute Resolution
If for any reason you have issue or complaints arising from these T&Cs; using this website; and/or utilising the services or products from Health with Cat, you and Health with Cat agree to take all fair and reasonable steps to reach a resolution.
Shipping
Standard shipping applies. Express shipping not currently available. COVID-19 has caused unprecedented delays with Australia Post and other couriers within Australia. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days to receive your package (longer if you live in TAS). Tracking information will be sent to you once your parcel has been shipped. If, after 7-10 business days, you have still not received your parcel, then please click on the message icon below to contact me and I will investigate with the couriers to find out how long your parcel will be. I also purchase extra insurance for all parcels in the event that yours may be lost or damaged during transit.
Ordering herbal formulas from the online store
When you place an order through the Health with Cat online store for any of the herbal formulas, you must provide Health with Cat with information via the client information form. This form will help Health with Cat to understand your needs. By ordering a herbal remedy through the online store you understand that you are not receiving a full naturopathy consult and therefore will not receive a full naturopathic treatment plan. Whilst the herbal mixes are tailored to each individual person's needs, the herbal mixes are generally of a generic nature and will not be able to assist in more complex cases. Should you need a full consultation, please book here. By providing your details in the aforementioned form, you agree to terminate use of herbal preparations should you experience any side effects or effects that you believe to be adverse. You also agree to contact Health with Cat ASAP in order to discuss your symptoms. Health with Cat does not take responsibility for those that have not terminated use of the herbal remedy or contacted Health with Cat within a reasonable time frame from experiencing symptoms.
Gaining certification for online courses purchased through Health with Cat
Once you have completed your course, you must complete the evaluation form provided at the end of the course. Your certificate of completion will be issued once this is completed. If you do not receive you Certificate of Completion, please contact Health with Cat using the message icon below to notify them and Health with Cat will issue one ASAP.
